Returns Policy

Due to the customization nature of our product, we are unable to offer a refund return policy. We will email you a proof of your mailbox design for approval before printing. when considering the no return policy , please take carefull consideration in choosing the mailbox type to go with the wrap of your choosing , not all boxes are of the same quality! we offer basic cheaper standard mailboxes as our default choice box. but there are also several more that we offer that are of extreme durability and finish. Upon that package arriving, inspect package and box over thoroughly for shipping damage as if you accept the package and then declare damage after the fact , the shipping company will not be reponseable for replaceing the box under warranty and shipping insurance. For longer lasting mailboxes that can take alot of abuse you will want to choose any of the 6 mailbox options except the default standard box that is the cheapest.

Shipping

We will ship your item promptly once it is designed, approved, printed and assembled. Due to our central location, using UPS Ground is similar to Express shipping with 1-3 day transit times for most of the USA. Please see chart below for estimated transit times once your order leaves our warehouse.
